Dutch's own site describes 10-minute video consultations with licensed veterinarians, covering 'over 150 issues' and handling 'over 90% of cases' virtually, plus at-home lab test kits and unlimited messaging for up to five pets under one membership; it cannot handle emergencies, wounds needing stitches, or anything requiring blood work, imaging, or surgery, for which it refers the owner to an in-person vet. source↗ 2026
