Canyon gives every new bike a 30-day trial period with a full refund if it is returned in like-new condition using the original Canyon Bike Guard packaging, and for its own engineered parts (frame, fork, stem, handlebar, seatpost) states it covers "all costs associated with the warranty process, including all shipping, labor, and part costs." A bike returned with significant signs of use, wear, visible damage or missing components can be charged a restocking fee of up to 18 percent of its list price. source↗ 2026
