Canyon's returns page gives every new bike a 30-day trial with a full refund for original owners if the bike is returned clean and in like-new condition, and requires the Canyon Bike Guard packaging for the return. The same page says a bike showing significant signs of use, wear, visible damage or missing components may be charged a restocking fee of up to 18% of MSRP, yet its own fee list runs from 1 percent for a missing charger or battery to 20 percent for a frame or fork cracked by riding.
